Welcome to Mr. Fife's Wiki page. On this page you will find all the necessary resources to succeed in my class. I have both Utah and United States history. Make sure you click on the appropriate page.

It has been enjoyable meeting all of you. I mentioned this website both in class and at parent's night. Please use this web page to help you in this class. The attachment below is what we went over in class the first day I taught. It has all of the classroom rules and expectations. Refer to it if you forget what was discussed in class. Also, as soon as I get a school email address I will post it.

Remember that there will be homework assigned on almost every Tuesday and due the next day. Also there will be a current event due every Friday. Here are the requirements for the current events in order to receive full points:
  1. Need to read an article, watch the news, or listen to a news radio station to learn about something that is going on in the world. Remember entertainment (celebrity gossip) and sports do not count as a current event.
  2. Write 3/4-1 hand written page, or half page if you type in, about the event. Most of the paper should be about what you read and then the last paragraph is your opinion on the subject. You need to pick a different event if you do not have an opinion on the subject or do not wish to share it.
  3. Bring it to class on Friday! I will collect them at the end of the period. We will have class discussions on the current events in class.
